研究指出,塑膠微粒加速人衰老。
塑膠微粒很難排出人體外,會干擾腸內菌、惡化腸道環境。
1.鼓勵多喝過濾水(包含喝的、煮的)
2.少吃帶殼海鮮(文蛤、牡蠣、貽貝)
3保持地板清潔
4.避免塑膠袋裝熱食
5.避免紙杯裝熱飲
6.減少寶特瓶飲水或飲料
