The International Society for Krishna Consciousness(ISKCON), better known as the Hare Krishna movement, was founded in 1966 by His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada and has since developed into a worldwide confederation of over 500 temples, centers, communities, schools, and restaurants with some 250,000 devotees. he well-being of society by teaching the science of Krishna consciousness according to Bhagavad-gita and other ancient scriptures. The Hare Krishna Movement has been established in Taiwan for more than 20 years and since then it has become a place where people can learn about the science of Bhakti Yoga. There is a program every Sunday beginning at 4pm. The program features singing of the holy names of Krishna, followed by a lecture from the Bhagavad Gita. Then dinner is served to all the guests free of charge.
