哈囉~ 我是阿舟，是一位國家高考合格的物理治療師，這是我的個人工作室。
以前在醫院的時候，常常聽到有些人因為一次的受傷後，就不敢做運動了。或是因為很久以前有受傷的經驗遲遲不敢正常的生活，有些人則是身體有些疼痛或不舒服，覺得沒關係可以忍受就放任不管。
但，疼痛其實可以不用忍耐，有方式可以降低受傷機率!
藉由科學化的評估，適當的放鬆與精準的運動，就可以扭轉這些困境。我希望我可以站在夥伴或是引領人的角色，成為你黑暗中的「燈泡」，幫助你走過低潮，重新拿回身體的主導權！
