Overcoming Anger: How to Solve Your Human Problems

Since it is impossible to fulfill all our desires or to stop unwanted things happening to us, we need to find a different way of relating to frustrates desires and unwanted occurrences, we need to learn patient acceptance.

During this series of meditation courses we will learn tried and tested methods to overcome anger and frustration by training in its opposite, patient acceptance.

By becoming deeply familiar with patient our relationship to difficult people and difficult circumstances will change, we will gradually develop the ability to remain peaceful and happy whatever occurs.

克服憤怒:如何解決我們的人生難題

由於我們無法滿足所有的慾望,也無法避免不如意的事情發生,因此,需要學習一種不同的應對方式——也就是「忍辱」(安忍)。

在這一系列的冥想課程中,我們將學習經得起時間考驗的方法,透過培養憤怒的對治力量——忍辱,來面對並轉化內心的憤怒與挫折。

當我們逐漸熟悉並深化忍辱的修持,與「難相處的人」以及「困難的處境」之間的關係,也會開始轉變。我們將慢慢培養出一種能力:無論發生什麼,都能保持平靜與快樂。

The New Meditation Path: Learning meditations and applying deep teachings to improve your life.

‘Classes are deep, thoughtful and inspiring, yet suitable for all levels’
Meditations, discussions, teachings, tea & inspiration.

Life can be complicated, so you can learn how to meditate and apply different meditation techniques to improve it, where we will follow a new book applying Buddhism to modern day life that is suitable for everyone.

At our meditation center, we will be:

-applying 21 key meditations to inspire our virtue.
-learning to understand the meditation via Buddhist teachings, designed to be beneficial to people from all backgrounds.
-considering the benefits on ourselves and others.
-questioning the teachings and how it impacts us.
-discussing their impact and whether it makes sense.
-having time to relax, have refreshments and converse.

April 15 is Buddha’s Enlightenment Day ✨

When we celebrate Buddha demonstrating how to attain enlightenment. Enlightenment is the inner light of wisdom that is completely free from mistaken appearance and whose function is to bestow mental peace upon each and every living being every day. It is the source of all living beings’ happiness.

Even though he had already attained enlightenment many lives previously, out of great compassion he emanated in our world to demonstrate how we too can follow this path.
