過去這幾天,太陽爆發一系列強大的太陽閃焰(solar flare)。美國知名氣象學家卡普奇(Matthew Cappucci)說,急遽膨脹的太陽黑子4366磁場非常不穩定,而且4366正慢慢直面地球,它就像一個巨大的磁場氣泡,撞擊地球磁場時會引發劇烈「磁暴」,而地球剛好籠罩在它的火力範圍之內!

【 太陽黑子磁暴對人體與心理的實際影響 】

|生理層面:生物電訊號的「亂流」
人體本身就是一台精密導電體。當太陽黑子的磁場與地球磁場碰撞,會在大氣中產生感應電流。

【 當「太陽風暴」來襲時該如何調適 】

這兩天如果覺得特別累、睡不好、心慌慌,不是你生病了,而是環境磁場太亂。太陽風暴產生的巨大磁性物質衝向地球,你的身體正在努力適應這種外部壓力。

以下幾點建議大家:
|物理「運動改善」:從「消耗」轉向「接地」
1.多喝含有微量元素的礦泉水,幫助身體電解質穩定。

2.赤腳慢走(接地運動):
在公園草地、泥土地上赤腳行走 20 分鐘。大地的電位為零,透過物理接觸,能將體內因磁暴感應產生的多餘電荷排入大地,穩定體內經絡電位。建議不要去做高強度重訓,透過適量運動,增加身體內的含氧量,自然溫和的將多餘的電荷排出。

3.低強度伸展(拉筋):
經絡在解剖學上包含「筋膜」組織。透過慢速伸展,可以物理性地引導「氣」(生物電訊號)的流動,避免因磁場擾動造成的局部氣滯。

|經絡調理「降溫與洩壓」
1.推拿心包經:緩解心臟系統的「電磁壓力」。
心包經主要保護心臟。在太陽風暴衝擊期間,血液流動發生變化(血紅素受磁場影響導致微循環阻力增加),心臟必須增加力道,導致心慌、心悸。心包經其實是人體的「減震器」。推拿此經絡能有效調節自主神經,降低因地磁擾動誘發的交感神經亢奮。這是調節生物電磁場穩定、緩解胸悶的有效方式。

2.推拿肝經:平息肝火與磁暴焦慮。
肝經與情緒、血庫調節直接相關。磁暴誘發的能量擾動,在中醫眼中屬於「風木之氣」,推拿肝經能產生「引火下行」的效果,將因磁暴堆積在頭部、胸部的能量引導至下肢排出,平息肝火,降低磁暴引發的焦慮。

如果我們已經做到物理與經絡的調適,再來的建議就是環境的優化,遠離電子設備,讓受干擾的神經系統獲得平靜。這幾天睡覺時,手機至少遠離身體 2 公尺,減少人工電磁場與自然磁暴的「雙重干擾」,可以的話關機或開飛航模式,完全隔絕外力的人工干擾。

This phenomenon creates a massive magnetic "bubble" that, upon impacting Earth’s magnetic field, triggers intense Geomagnetic Storms. As biological conductors, our bodies are inevitably caught in the crossfire of this cosmic energy.

| Physiological Impact: Turbulence in Bio-electric Signaling
The human body is a precision-conducting vessel. When solar magnetic disturbances collide with Earth, they induce currents in our atmosphere and, consequently, within us.

。Cardiovascular Strain: Research indicates that risks of myocardial infarction and stroke can increase by 25%–60% during strong geomagnetic storms. Fluctuating magnetic fields interfere with the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), lowering Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and elevating blood pressure. In Han Medicine, this is described as "Celestial Yang disturbing the interior, leading to Qi stagnation and Blood stasis."

。Neurological Migraines: Neurons rely on micro-electric potentials. Environmental magnetic fluctuations induce "micro-current interference" within the brain, leading to migraines, brain fog, or neuralgias.

。Meridian and Muscular Pain: Meridians are low-impedance pathways for bio-electricity. Magnetic waves cause potential imbalances, manifesting as muscle tension, shoulder rigidity, or the flare-up of old injuries.

| Psychological Impact: Circadian and Endocrine Disruption
Magnetic storms directly affect the Pineal Gland and the Limbic System.

。Anxiety and Irritability: Neural impulses are essentially micro-currents. Magnetic storms increase "signal noise" in the brain, causing abnormal sympathetic excitation—leaving you feeling inexplicably tense.

1. Grounding (Earthing): Discharging Excess Potential Walk barefoot on grass or soil for 20 minutes. Since the Earth's potential is zero, physical contact allows the excess charges induced by the magnetic storm to be discharged, stabilizing your meridian potentials.

2. Low-Intensity Stretching: Fluid Logic Meridians correlate with Fascial Tissues. Slow stretching physically guides the flow of "Qi" (bio-electric signals), preventing stagnation caused by magnetic interference.

|它不是病,而是身體發出的「求救訊號」

首先要釐清一個觀念:坐骨神經痛並不是一個「病名」,它只是一個「病徵」的統稱。

子胤在面對個案的臨床經驗中,遇到非常多,經絡緊繃僵硬的人,原因有將近7成的人都是同時具備以下4個因素:

這時候不只有透過經絡推拿的物理性調理,我也時常建議大家可以從最簡單的「深呼吸」開始。

簡單來說,自律神經系統分為「交感」與「副交感」兩套機制,就像車子的油門與煞車。

「浪人」是一種對於人生態度的展現,代表著兩種意涵,其一代表著「跟隨自己內在的自由」,現今物質世界的慾望與框架,造成許多觀念已經背離了我們自己內在的聲音,大多數人因為這些誘惑,拚了命追求外在的富足,如:物質、權利、威望、金錢,這些外在的環境其實都是表像且虛無,無法讓我們內在獲得真正的滿足,反而會因為曇花一現的妄慾迷失自我。這些根深蒂固的社會框架,早已經深深限制住我們靈魂的無限可能,好壞、對錯、美醜、成功失敗、喜歡討厭,這些社會的普世價值早已將我們綁架,唯有讓焦點回歸我們內在的那顆神聖之心,最終我們才能真正拿回自己的主控權,活出充滿光芒與熱力的人生。

其二代表著我希望「健康不分地區、人種、貧富」,健康應該是每個人都有權利得到的東西,不應該被現在「主流醫學知識以及世界藥廠所控制」,現在的各大藥廠都是從利益著手而非真正希望每個人健康,所以在廣告媒體中不斷散佈一些他們希望人們相信的訊息,好讓這些化學藥品繼續為他們賺進大把鈔票。我希望在服務的過程中除了將病痛解決外還可以讓所有人得到更多正確的健康保健觀念,讓這些觀念深植在每一位的心中並且去影響到身邊所有的人,提升大家對健康的概念。

「wanderer」代表流浪者、漂泊,就是到處遊走隨處是家,因為健康是不分地區以及人種,未來我也計畫前進西方世界,學習更多不同國家的各式自然療法,並且將這些東西方的健康療法,重新整合成一套更全面與完整的「身心靈平衡療癒法」,我將盡所能把自身所學,分享給地球上所有需要的人。
