救急隊

救急隊 Emergency Medical Service.

救急救命士(Emergency Medical Technician)は、
病院への搬送途上に限り傷病者に対し救急車等にて救急救命処置を施し、
速やかに病院へ搬送する事を目的とした国家資格の名称。

日本の法律上でのアルファベット表記は
「Emergency Life-saving Technician」。
