【紐西蘭 Rela 驚豔兩週！不只學英文，更理解世界】
💡 你知道嗎？最好的國際鏈結，往往發生在教室裡！
感謝 教育部青年發展署 「＃青年百億圓夢基金計畫」，讓全日罩前往紐西蘭，在 Rotorua 的 Rela 國際語言學校進行文化交流與國際鏈結。
Rela 不只是一般學校，它是紐西蘭一級學校（Category One），成立於1993年，專業度與教學品質都有頂級保證！採取小班制教學，無論是雅思衝刺還是生活英語，教學都超貼近實際生活。
🇵🇫 那些讓我震撼的跨國故事：
在課堂上，我認識了來自新喀里多尼亞（Nouvelle-Calédonie）、法屬玻里尼西亞（Polynésie française）、留尼旺（La Réunion）等島國的朋友。
其中最觸動我的是，有些近 50 歲的同學，為了孩子能有更安全、更有工作機會的未來，選擇遠渡重洋來紐西蘭。也有17、18歲的高中畢業生，認為待在島國內發展有限，隻身一人前往紐西蘭在國際語言學校學習，希望尋求新機會
主要的原因是因為當地爆發戰爭，走在街頭上隨時可能被汽油彈攻擊、生活不安寧也缺乏工作機會，因此，下定決心前往紐西蘭一試，勇氣十分值得學習
與他們深入交流後，才更深刻體會到：臺灣的安定與和平是多麼珍貴的幸福。選擇紐西蘭，是他們在艱難時局中，為家庭爭取到的安居樂業機會。
🇹🇼 讓世界看見臺灣！
在紐西蘭華語週期間（8/31-9/6)，我把握機會，在國際平臺上分享我的名字故事與臺灣文化。看到同學們熱烈討論、喜歡上中華料理時，那種文化輸出的成就感真的無可取代！
這次到Rela學習的2週期間，收穫的不只是增加英文能力，更是對不同國家歷史與人道關懷的深刻理解。

【Two Amazing Weeks at Rela, New Zealand! Not Just English Learning, but Understanding the World】
💡 Did you know? The best international connections often happen right inside the classroom!
Thanks to the Youth Development Administration, Ministry of Education and the Youth Overseas Dream-Building Fund, AllDayCare had the opportunity to travel to New Zealand and engage in cultural exchange and international networking at Rela International Language School in Rotorua.
Rela is not just an ordinary school—it is a Category One institution in New Zealand, established in 1993, with a solid reputation for professionalism and teaching excellence. With its small-class teaching model, whether preparing for IELTS or learning practical English for daily life, the instruction is highly relevant and directly applicable.
🇵🇫 The cross-national stories that touched me most:
In class, I met friends from New Caledonia, French Polynesia, and Réunion.
What truly moved me were classmates—some nearly 50 years old—who chose to leave everything behind and come to New Zealand so their children could grow up in a safer environment with better opportunities. On the other hand, I also met 17- and 18-year-old high school graduates who, realizing that career paths in their island nations were limited, bravely set off alone to study at an international language school in New Zealand in hopes of finding new opportunities.
Many of them came because wars and unrest erupted in their home countries, where walking down the street meant risking petrol bomb attacks, with insecurity and lack of jobs. Their decision to take a leap of faith and start anew in New Zealand was an act of courage truly worth learning from.
Through these in-depth exchanges, I gained a deeper appreciation of how precious Taiwan’s stability and peace truly are. Choosing New Zealand became their way of securing safety and livelihood for their families amid turbulent times.
🇹🇼 Letting the world see Taiwan!
During New Zealand Chinese Language Week (8/31–9/6), I seized the opportunity to share the story of my name and Taiwan’s culture on an international platform. When classmates enthusiastically discussed Taiwan and grew fond of Chinese cuisine, that sense of cultural pride and achievement was absolutely irreplaceable!
These two weeks at Rela were not just about improving my English skills but also about gaining profound understanding of different nations’ histories and humanitarian struggles.
