壁繩專班—「倒立變化式」上課剪影
倒立是大家”又期待又怕受傷害”的體式,
利用壁繩撐住身體,便可安心地練習。
壁繩的長短交互應用,可創造不同的倒立變化式,
讓練習更有趣,又更有挑戰!
