失智長輩被詐騙去房子與現金，無數的貴重物品與藝術話作，小提琴…..等。當子女用監護人的名義提出訴訟，卻是無法勝訴 ，因爲法官判定是贈與….
一個失智十年的長輩就這樣失去他的房子，現金，無數的金子，鑽石，鑽錶，無數的畫作，樂器….等
全部都沒了，而孔龍法官竟然判輸，因爲說是他自己要送的！！！！！

居然能夠視而不見將上億房產輕易就送出去？？？？？
