【邁斯科生醫 獲日本大和證券集團旗下之Daiwa PI Partners Co. Ltd.與其合作夥伴AXR Group投資】
長期深耕於微創手術（MIS）醫療器材領域，並擁有ISO-13485與GMP等認證的 邁斯科生醫股份有限公司，近日獲得日本大和證券集團旗下之Daiwa PI Partners Co. Ltd.與其合作夥伴AXR Group對邁斯科生醫的共同投資，為雙方繼Staples Taiwan之後在台灣的第二件聯合收購案。
邁斯科生醫專注於一次性拋棄式微創手術醫材研發製造（衛部醫器製字第006655號），擁有全球多個國家和地區的技術專利，以自有品牌與代工並行進軍歐洲、中東、南非、印度等先進及新興市場，積極布建全球營銷網絡。這次獲得Daiwa PI Partners Co. Ltd.的投資，不難看出其專業的技術、國際性的布局，及未來在相關領域的發展潛力已獲得國際投資機構的高度認可。
邁斯科生醫董事長劉宏鎰表示，自2017年以來邁斯科生醫一直致力於研發和製造更安全、更高效的醫療器材，尤其是在微創手術領域。他說，即使COVID-19大流行期間，邁斯科生醫仍然能夠向歐洲、亞洲、非洲、大洋洲、中東等許多國家及地區分銷產品。
