Kitu chochote kuwa Bora ni lazima kiwe na sifa maalumu .

Vivyo hivyo kwa chakula chako kiwe ili kiwe Bora na kuweza kuwa dawa mwilini ni lazima kiwe na sifa hizi

1.. kiwe na virutubisho vilivyo kusudiwa
Mfano: ukila chungwa liwe chungwa lenye vitamini C
