Our community is naturally made up with a lot of people that have inborn potentiality including creators, innovators, entrepreneurs, artist, game changers and a lot of other talents of different aspects
Unfortunately these NATURAL TALENTS AND other POTENTIALITY do not have suppo
rt to make them grow and shine out as major careers
Why…. It’s sad that this education we have trains us to be exploited as employees only. Our schools & college system has little or no support on talents, entrepreneurship, art in a form of full careers that can earn us income
2. KNOWLEDGE SHORTAGE
Our communities lack empowerment from essential life skills. Every individual needs certain life skills knowledge. It impacts our life in all ways to be aware of ourselves and others, to be awakened & better individuals by dealing with life challenges. Life skills are one of a support to our careers and shape our life standards when take into action. THE WAY FORWARD
There is a gradual change within communities as globalization takes the lead and also changes people actions and behavior in a good way. We do not expect a quick change because of what we have been taught in class for decades and beliefs that society grew up with
EXAMPLE IN TANZANIA, for almost 5 decades since independence we experienced the worst in sports, music , dancing, movies and other form of arts. People who were dealing with were considered poor, school failures and sometimes with unacceptable behaviors in the society. People used to ignore this field and filled with negative attitude about it
Recently Musicians, sportsman and actors have good recognitions, rise in payout and their influence is growing fast. We have been out of time, but it’s not too late
From products and services endorsements, ads deals, music & movies sales , product sales through online platforms, shows performances and good support by growth of digital world … this industry holds millions of dollars for artists, creators and entrepreneurs to benefit. We need to deal with it in our way
We need to help changing each other, changing the situation and supporting people
We must act fast at the time to allow real talents, artist & artists’ products, creators, innovators, entrepreneurs, etc to have their path and grow careers within. Their value and impact is huge and should to be taken into account
