Just accept everything that have been rejected by the world. And you will find Freedom and liberation. No matter what happens just ACCEPT. Just be like you are floating on the river. Relax let the water carry you. Because if u fight you'll end up losing and exhausted.

Ndugu Zangu natumai mpo salama.
Leo ni siku ya full moon 🌝 nivizuri kuitumia siku hii kuhakikisha unakua a better human being. Jitahidi siku yaleo uweze kugusa maisha ya watu angalao watatu wenye uhitaji (Chakula au Fedha au matibabu au uhitaji wowote ule)

2. Usijihusishe na maongezi yoyote marefu maana siku hii ni siku ambayo hisia zinakuaga very Volatile. Inaweza kupelekea ukajikuta mtu kaongea kitu ambacho hukupendezwa au wewe unaweza ukawa emotional ukaongea kitu ambacho hukupenda kuongea na ikakufanya ukasirike au kuingia kwenye msongo wa mawazo for the coming 3days.
3. Pia kwa wale wanaitumia kileo leo sio siku nzuri sana yakutumia kilevi. Na k**a ukitumia basi jitahidi 1-2 glasses of wine au k**a ni beer 🍺 zisizidi 2bottles. Maana zikizid utazidi kuwa emotional unstable na hutafurahia tena baada ya kulewa.
4. Jitahidi sana kufanya vitu vinavyokupa Faraha, utulivu na Amani. Hii itakufanya ufurahie sana siku yako.
5. Ikiwezekana kufunga au kula kitu k**a matunda au juice mchana badala yakula chakula kizito, itakufanya uwe very flexible, sharp mind, energetic na pia utakua na Faraha sana.
6. Jioni nivema ukala pia chakula chepesi fanya body stretching hii itakufanya kuwa na usingizi mzuri.
7. Pia leo nisiku ambayo unaweza kuitumia kukaa karibu na uwapendao, play some games together au engage in some Activities itawafanya mfurahie siku yenu.

Msisahau MEDITATION on the Twilight zone. Before sun set. (VEMA KUANZA SAA 18:40 to 19:10-20) is good.

Mtoto ulienae ni mtoto wako lakini hawezi kuwa wewe.
Mwili ulionao ni mwili wako lakini hauwezi kuwa wewe.
Akili uliyonayo ni akili yako lakini haiwezi kuwa wewe.
Kwamaana hiyo. Vyote vyawezakuwa vyako lakini haviwezikuwa wewe.
