1.Tende husaidia kuimarisha moyo.
Inashauriwa kuiloweka tende kwenye maji kwa usiku mmoja na asubuhi kunywa maji hayo pamoja na tende zilizolewekwa baada ya kuondoa mbegu, ukifanya hivyo mara mbili kwa wiki, moyo wako utakuwa imara.
2. Wenye matatizo ya kukauka damu.
Wataalamu wanasema kwa mfungaji mwenye tatizo la kukauka damu mwilini (anemia), anaweza kupata ahueni kwa kula tende kwa wingi ambayo ina kiwango cha kutosha cha madini ya chuma ambayo huhitajika katika utengenezaji wa damu mwilini.
