The Christmas season is a time to reflect on how the year has been and focusing more on the reason for the season. Caring for your mental health is important and needed on a daily basis.

The festive season can come with a bunch of emotions and sometimes reactions to situations that may cause negative feelings. Although most people strive to make Christmas a joy-filled season, it can be stressful for others, especially those impacted by mental illness in some way.

HOW TEAM ENGAGEMENT CAN BUILD TEAMWORK

Team engagement is helpful in helping employees manage their mental, physical, social and emotional health, but team building activities in for groups can:

Foster creativity and collaboration, boost productivity and create a sense of belonging. Also, team activities help to builds trust between colleagues, unlock leadership potential and in a big way bridges the gap between departments.
Lastly, team building activities will help participants to embrace the TEAM aspect of working as TEAM.
