Sukari ikizidi mwilini huharibu mishipa ya damu na fahamu, macho,figo na kongosho.
Vyakula halisi huhifadhiwa na kumengenywa polepole tumboni ili sukari
Iliyopo ipatikane kwa taratibu kwa hiyo unashauliwa yafuatayo;

1. Usiongeze sukari kwenye vyakula au vinywaji.
Sukari hii upatikana mwilini haraka zaidi ya inavyotakiwa, jumla sukali yote (kwenye vyakula, vinjwaji,chai ) isizidi vijiko vitano vya chai kwa mtu mmoja kwa siku.

2.Uskamue matunda ili kutengeneza juisi.
Tofauti na juisi, matunda ukaa tumboni kwa muda mlefu na kupunguza kasi ya upatikanaji wa sukari mwilini kwa haraka .

3. Magamba kwenye nafaka, mboga mboga na matunda huzuia sukari isitililike kwa kasi kubwa tumboni
