Ni rahisi kukataa au kuharibu mahusiano hayo kuliko kukabiliana na maumivu na aibu ndani bila kutambua kuwa unachokikataa kipo ndani yako. Ni wewe ndio hujipendi.

A global observation reveals a universal human preoccupation: the preservation of life.

While this is often presented as a fundamental and virtuous principle, this assertion lacks validity.

Much like the realm of faith, where individuals profess allegiance to a creator, their true allegiance, as evidenced by their actions and inner convictions, often lies elsewhere.

The pervasive nature of cognitive dissonance is particularly striking.

The extent to which individuals maintain lifelong self-deception is remarkable. It would have previously been inconceivable that widespread, continuous deception could be so easily perpetrated and remain undetected.

Yet, this is the undeniable reality.
