Know the difference between bifocals and progressive lenses!
Bifocals have a distinct line for far and near.
Progressive have zones for far, intermediate and near that blends into one another, so you have to move your eye to look at the specific parts of the lens depending on what you are trying to see.
You can take from 3 hours to 3 weeks to adjust to progressive lenses. So the more you wear and use them the easier it gets.
