✨️Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So it's good to make sure that it contains all the necessary nutrients (both Macro and Micro) your body requires on daily basis.
🔸️In a busy world were things go fast and everybody wants to be on time, this could be tough to achieve, we understan! However, you can blend all your meal requirement in a jar and drink it for a "healthier" , "energetic", and "focused" day while keeping up with time! Breakfast is not necessary tea and bread/pancake.
💥 This type of a meal is suitable mostly for adults 30+ years (eg. Employees, business men/women, etc) You can drink it as you commute to work or at your work station or anywhere else.
Note: Prep should be done at home.
