How to become a self-care Ninja❓
It is very simple task‼️
All what you need to do....it's focusing valuable time on these six types of self-care: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, social, and sensory.
Lets look deeply through these types of self-care one by one:
✅ Physical: Move every day in any way. Often we hold onto stress from our day or a situation, and that stress builds up inside, creating pains, ailments, and discomforts. When we move that stuck energy by being physical, that negativity has a chance to be freed. You have that power; use it!
✅ Mental: Read something educational or inspiring every day; try this on a lunch break for a little "me time." The more "me time” throughout the day, the better off you are to handle anything.
✅ Spiritual: At least three times per day, stop. Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths, inhaling deeply and exhaling completely. Our breath is the only part of the autonomic nervous system that we can control. Deep breaths lower heart rate and reduce anxiety.
✅ Emotional: Before starting your day, recite what you're grateful for including your affirmations to align with your being.
✅ Social: Sit and enjoy a friendly conversation with someone you love to boost connection and empathy.
✅ Sensory: Feel the sunshine or rain on your face or the grass in-between your toes. Connect to the earth as much as possible to feel calm and centered.
🌿 Based on the above explanation, we can conclude that giving Massage to our body its a good self-care practice, which should become attribute of our day today life🙏🏽
