Sekta ya anga ina nafasi kubwa sana ya kukua...kwa maarifa, miundombinu na ubunifu. Lakini mafanikio hayo hayawezi kuwa endelevu bila jamii yenye afya njema.

Ndiyo maana sisi .medicaltz tunaweka afya mbele ya kila kitu...kwa sababu usalama wa anga unaanza na mtu.

Asanteni kwa kuwa sehemu ya safari hii ya miaka mitano ya athari, huduma na mabadiliko.
Tunaendelea kujenga anga salama, pamoja.

The Power of Volunteerism

Today, my heart is full.
In this season of my life...serving as a Member of the House of Representatives, practicing medicine, and leading Aerospace Medical&Training Centre I am learning one of the hardest, yet most beautiful lessons: the art of delegation
For a long time, letting go of control felt uncomfortable. But I’ve come to realize that leadership is not about doing everything alone it is about trusting others, empowering them, and allowing them to rise.

And today, I witnessed that power.
While I was away, this mission continues stronger, purposeful, and full of impact...because of an incredible team of medical students from (through Kairuki University and Kampala University), interns, and dedicated doctors from different hospitals.

You showed up.
You served.
You carried the vision forward.
This noble work was in your hands...and you honored it beautifully.
Thank you for reminding me that when we create space for others, we don’t lose control...we build a legacy.

As we celebrate , this is what it truly means: people, purpose, and shared responsibility.
We’ve got you. Always.

.medicaltz imeanza maadhimisho ya miaka 5 kwa kufanya uchunguzi wa afya kwa wataalamu wa anga katika Uwanja wa Ndege wa Kimataifa wa Abeid Amani Karume Zanzibar tarehe 31 Machi 2026.

Zoezi hili limehusisha vipimo vya shinikizo la damu, sukari, malaria, haemoglobin na uchunguzi wa saratani, likilenga kuimarisha afya na usalama wa sekta ya anga.

Mpango huu utaendelea tarehe 2 Aprili 2026 katika Uwanja wa Ndege wa Kimataifa wa Julius Nyerere (Terminal 3), Dar es Salaam, ukitarajia kuwafikia zaidi ya wataalamu 300.

Maadhimisho yatahitimishwa tarehe 4 Aprili 2026 kwa Gala Dinner, pamoja na uzinduzi wa kitabu cha kidijitali cha huduma ya kwanza kwa wana anga na mfumo wa mafunzo mtandaoni.

AMTC inaendelea kusisitiza kuwa anga salama huanza na wataalamu wenye afya njema na waliotayarishwa kikamilifu

Tanzania ina nafasi kubwa sana ya kukuza tasnia ya anga kupitia fani ya .

Hata hivyo, bado kuna uhaba mkubwa wa madaktari waliobobea katika eneo hili, hali inayosababisha changamoto katika upatikanaji wa huduma za kitaalamu na usimamizi wa dharura ndani ya sekta ya anga.

Kwa kuzingatia umuhimu wa usalama na afya katika usafiri wa anga, ni wajibu wa Serikali kufungua na kuimarisha fursa za elimu na mafunzo katika .

Hatua hii itasaidia kupanua wigo wa utaalamu, kuongeza idadi ya wataalamu wa afya wenye ujuzi mahsusi, na hatimaye kuimarisha ubora wa huduma za afya ndani ya tasnia ya anga nchini.
