3 POWERFUL COMPLEX FOR KNEE JOINTS TREATMENT
These exercises for knee joints arthrosis treatment will help you effectively strengthen and restore your sick knees. However, it is important to know that gymnastics for the treatment of gonarthrosis should be accompanied by treatment prescribed by a doctor.
EXERCISE 1. Performed on the floor. Starting position: lying on the right side, bend your right leg in the knee, and straighten the left leg. Lift your left leg and hold it at an angle of about 45° for about 30 seconds. After that, slowly lower your leg and completely relax. Then turn over on the other side and repeat the exercise with your right leg.
EXERCISE 2. Quite a difficult exercise, which is suitable only for physically strong patients. Performed on the floor. Starting position: lying on the abdomen, legs are straight. Extend hands along the body. Slowly lift both legs (straight) to a height of about 15 cm above the floor. Holding your legs in that position, gently spread them to the sides. Then slowly bring them together. Without lowering the legs, again slowly spread them apart, then again slowly bring them together. Repeat 8-10 times.
EXERCISE 3. Performed sitting on a chair. Slowly straighten your right leg and lift it while holding it as straight as you can. Hold your leg in this position for 30-60 seconds. Then slowly lower your leg and fully relax. Repeat the exercise with your left foot. Perform an exercise with each leg 2-3 times.
