Творожная запеканка с белым шоколадом

📖 Ингредиенты:

- Творог любой жирности - 250г.
- Молоко - 100мл
- Манка - 2ст.л.
- Сахар - 2ст.л.
- Яйцо - 1шт.
- Белый шоколад - 30-50г.

🧑🏻‍🍳 Приготовление:

1. Творог, молоко, манку, сахар соединить и пробить блендером до однородной массы. Затем добавить яйцо перемешать венчиком или вилкой.
2. Шоколад порезать кубиками, вмешать в творожную массу.
3. Форму для выпечки смазать сливочным маслом, выложить творожную массу.
4. Запекать в заранее разогретой до 200 градусов духовке 25-30 минут.
5. Готовую запеканку охладить, нарезать на порционные кусочки. Подавать со сметаной, сливками.
