This is a real natural pleasure. The white flesh of the cherimoya gives off an intense exotic flavor that is somewhere between a banana and a pineapple. Even its leaves and flowers are fragrant and seductive. Keep in mind that its black seeds (up to 30 in one piece of fruit) are not eaten.
From the outside, this tropical fruit native to the Americas looks like an artichoke. Cherimoya is rich in calories, sugars, proteins, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamin C.
