СЫРНЫЕ КЕКСЫ или МИНИ-ХАЧАПУРИКИ😋

✅КБЖУ: 260/16/12/20

✴️Нам понадобится:
▫️творог 2% - 180 гр;
▫️твёрдый сыр - 100 гр;
▫️яйцо - 3 шт;
▫️мука рисовая ц/з - 120 гр;
▫️масло сливочное - 20 гр;
▫️молоко 2,5% - 100 гр;
▫️разрыхлитель - 1 ч л.

♒️Приготовление:
▫️Сыр натереть на терке (можно часть оставить кусочками, тогда сыр будет аппетитно тянуться).
▫️Масло растопить в микроволновке.
▫️Теперь просто смешать все ингредиенты.
▫️Разложить по маленьким формочкам (у меня силиконовые).
▫️Выпекать при 180 гр 20-25 мин. Смотрите по готовности, до сухой зубочистки.
Вверх станет золотистым😉
