Scotch eggs
📖 Ingredients:
- Ground beef - 400 g.
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Dried garlic - 0.5 tsp
- A mixture of peppers - 0.5 tsp
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp
- Boiled eggs - 7 pcs.
For breading:
- Flour - 100 g.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs - 150 g.
- Sunflower oil - for frying
🧑🏻🍳 Cooking:
1. Soft-boil eggs (boil 6 minutes).
2. Roll the eggs in flour, so the minced meat will stick well to the egg and will not move away from the egg during frying.
3. Fry over medium heat so that the minced meat is well fried, and the crust does not burn.
