Militta Partner Clinic offers an IVF program that increases the chances of getting pregnant by up to 75%.
This is a double asynchronous transfer of vitrified embryos. This program is recommended for patients after two or more unsuccessful embryo transfers, in which their implantation did not occur.
With standard preparation, the transfer of vetrified (frozen) embryos is performed on the 6th or 7th day from the start of taking progesterone. This classic protocol makes it more likely to get into the most favorable conditions for the development of the inner layer of the uterus, when the endometrium is receptive for the embryo (able to receive). This receptivity of the endometrium is called the "Implantation Window". But, in some patients, the "Implantation Window" may shift. In this case, the embryo, ready for implantation, enters the uterine cavity at a time when the endometrium is not ready to receive it yet. This leads to the fact that pregnancy does not occur.
With double asynchronous embryo transfer, we transfer the first embryo on the 6th day, and the second on the 8th day of taking progesterone, thereby increasing the chances of the embryo getting into the "Implantation window". In this case, the option of implanting two embryos remains, as statistics show: the frequency of multiple pregnancies (twins) is 10-15%.
