Salad with chicken, lettuce and melted cheese

Ingredients:
Brussels sprouts - 400 g
Chicken fillet - 350 g
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
Onion - 1 pc.
Processed cheese - 120 g
Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
Milk - 170 ml
Garlic - 1 clove
Greens - to taste
Sunflower oil, butter - for frying
Spices, salt - to taste

Preparation:
1. Pour water into a saucepan, add lemon juice, salt and Brussels sprouts.
2. Cook for 10 minutes after boiling water, then drain the water. Pour cold water over the cabbage immediately.
3. Cut the fillet into pieces.
4. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
5. Finely chop the greens.
6. Fry the onion for three minutes in a mixture of sunflower and butter - in a ratio of 1:1.
7. Add chicken pieces to the onion and fry them, stirring constantly, until the meat is soft.
8. Add grated cheese to the fried fillet.
9. Pour milk into the saucepan and stir until the liquid part becomes homogeneous. Pour in gradually.
10. At the end, add herbs, spices, garlic.
11. Add cabbage to the saucepan and let it warm up.
12. We spread the hot chicken pieces on a large dish, and put the finished salad next to it and serve it to the table.

Очень нравится мне этот рецепт, если готовлю это блюдо из свежей капусты, то добавляю к ней рис, а если из квашеной, то добавляю перловую крупу.

P***a from cheese dough with a citrus aroma

Ingredients:
Flour - 350 g
Milk - 80 ml
Cheese - 250 g
Butter - 80 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Fresh yeast - 15 g
Powdered sugar - 100 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Orange peel - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Confectionery sprinkles.

Preparation:
1. Prepare the dough, as usual for yeast dough, by mixing warm milk with crushed yeast, a small amount of sugar and flour. Add salt, mix until the ingredients are dissolved and a homogeneous mass is obtained.
2. Break the eggs into the prepared container, separating one protein for the glaze, put it in the refrigerator (we will need it chilled).
3. Add regular and vanilla sugar to the eggs, mix with a whisk or mixer at medium speed. While continuing to beat, we spread the cheese into the sweet egg mass.
4. Aromatize the liquid base of the dough with orange peel and add turmeric for brightness and adding a piquant flavor note.
5. Mix the egg-cheese mixture and the foam, mix in the flour in portions, and knead the dough as usual.
6. After it has risen for a couple of hours, spread the dough on greased forms. After raising the dough, we also bake it in the molds at 190 °C for 30 minutes. After beating the egg whites with powdered sugar, add lemon juice, stir and spread it liberally, like a cream, on the dough.
7. Using a variety of culinary decor, we give cakes a special appeal to your taste.

Homemade sausages in cling film

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 500 g.
Milk - 100 g.
Garlic - 1 clove.
Turmeric, paprika, nutmeg, salt - to taste
Food film for microwave ovens.

Preparation:
1. Twist 250 grams of fillet in a meat grinder 2 times, add milk, salt, turmeric, pepper, chopped garlic and mix.
2. Finely chop the remaining part of the meat and mix with paprika. 3. Cover the board with film, lay out 2-3 tablespoons of twisted meat, and place the sliced fillet in the middle, then roll it into sausages with a roll and tie the film on both sides with a knot.
4. Then place in boiling water and boil for 5-7 minutes, then cool and remove the film.
