Application: used only in traditional medicine. An infusion of the leaves is used for flu and colds with high fever. The leaves are brewed and drunk as tea; It is believed that it gives strength and relieves fatigue. This is consistent with the information according to which, in Russian folk medicine, the infusion of the maynik is taken for "weakness in the legs". Lotions from dry leaves and fresh crushed leaves are used as an emollient and resolving agent for abscesses, tumors and panaritiums.
