FLAX SEED FLAKES

Ingredients:
Kefir - 300 ml
Flour - 350 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Flax seeds - 2 tbsp. l.
Soda - 1 tsp.
Oil - 100 ml
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt - 4 pinches

Preparation:
1. Pour kefir into a bowl.
2. Beat the egg. Pour sifted flour.
3. Knead the dough, it should be like thick sour cream.
4. Pour in the oil.
5. Slightly dry the flax seeds and pour them into the dough.
6. Stir.
7. Pour oil into the pan, heat it up and spread the dough with a spoon. Fry on both sides until golden.

GEORGIAN-STYLE VEGETABLE SALAD WITH NUTS

Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 150 g
Cucumbers - 150 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove.
Walnuts - 50 g
Cilantro is a bunch
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - on the tip of a knife
White wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
Oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Ground coriander - 1/2 tsp
Suneli hops - 1/2 tsp.

Preparation:
1. Cut the cucumbers into rings, cut the tomatoes in half (if they are regular tomatoes, cut them into cubes).
2. Cut the onion into thin half rings, finely chop the garlic. Chop greens and nuts.
3. Mix all the ingredients. Sprinkle with nuts.
4. Season the salad with oil, vinegar, salt, and ground pepper. Sprinkle with suneli hops and ground coriander.

RICE CAKE WITH MUSHROOMS AND CHEESE

Ingredients:
Rice - 200 g
Mushrooms - 6 pcs.
Onion - 1 pc.
Milk - 1 glass
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Vegetable oil - for frying
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Dried basil - a pinch
Hard cheese - 75 g
Garlic - 1 clove.
Green onions - several feathers

Preparation:
1. Boil the rice until ready, add salt.
2. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
3. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
4. Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
5. Put mushrooms in a pan, add salt and pepper, add a mixture of herbs and fry, stirring, for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, add rice and mix.
6. Preheat the oven to 185*С. Grease a baking dish with oil.
7. Put rice with mushrooms and onions in a mold.
8. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the casserole.
9. Mix milk, eggs, basil, salt, pepper and beat until smooth.
10. Pour this mixture into the casserole and put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
