Benefit: Maintaining health, improving mood and body tone. Strength is added with energy, blood vessels are strengthened, the work of the gastrointestinal tract is improved.
Disadvantages or harm: Do not use with allergies, varicose veins, obesity, liver and joint diseases, weak intestines. Peanuts are a strong allergen.
Where to add: Peanuts are added to cereal for breakfast and to dried fruit, fruit and berries for a snack. They decorate PP pastries with peanuts. Peanut paste is spread on bread (you need to choose paste without sugar). An example of breakfast is an oat pancake with peanut paste and a banana.
