Chicken in cream sauce with spinach
Ingredients:
Spinach - 500 g
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Onion - 1-2 pcs.
Garlic — 4 cloves.
Cream 20% - 250 ml
Parmesan - 30 g
Ground coriander, cumin, cardamom - 1 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper to taste
Pine nuts - 30 g
Preparation:
1. Wash and cut the spinach leaves.
2. Cut the chicken into small pieces, finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until transparent, add spices.
4. Add chicken meat, fry until cooked, then add spinach and cream.
5. Then pour some water, salt and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Sprinkle the finished dish with grated parmesan and pine nuts.
