Cream cheese muffins with herbs
Ingredients:
Processed cheese - 150 grams;
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
Flour - 4 tbsp. spoons;
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
Sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon;
Sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons;
Chopped greens - 3-4 tbsp. spoons;
Salt - a pinch.
Cooking:
Chilled processed cheese grate. Beat eggs, add melted cheese, sugar, sifted flour with baking powder, herbs, salt and sour cream at the end. Mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is laid out in molds (filling in 2/3) spread out in molds (filling in 2/3) and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cupcakes should not be reddened, they will have a pale yellow color, taste - very good. Tender both hot and cold.
