It has three simple components: chocolate cake, raspberry mousse and chocolate ganache. Put them all together, and you have something extraordinary to serve your guests!

Кабачковий суп 🍲

📌КБЖУ на 100 г: 18.8/0.53/0.17/3.7

Складові:
- Кабачок 500гр
- Морква 1шт
- Цибуля ріпчаста 1 невелика
- Вода 300 мл

Приготування:
Все нарізати кубиком і відварити до м'якості. Перелити в блендер і зробити пюре. Додати сіль, перець, трохи паприки та чебрецю. Проварити ще 5 хв. Готовий суп подається із зеленою цибулею та натертим сиром сулугуні (або з тим, який є вдома і який більше до душі). Дуже смачно з'їсти такий суп із сиром «брі» або «дор-блю».
