Snack in 10 minutes

Ingredients:
crab sticks - 200 g
boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
processed cheese - 100 g
mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
garlic - 1-2 cloves
salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:
1. Grind boiled eggs on a fine grater.
2. Add melted cheese here.
3. Add garlic (chopped through a press) and season with mayonnaise. Mix the filling well, salt and pepper if desired.
4. Carefully unfold the crab sticks.
5. Spread the cheese and egg filling on one half.
6. And cover the filling.
7. Cut the snack into small portions.
8. Place the serving plates in a checkerboard pattern, alternating red and white colors.

Pilaf in a bag in the oven

Ingredients:
rice - 1 cup
pork - 400-450 g
onion - 1 pc.
carrot - 1 pc.
garlic - 2-3 pcs.
vegetable oil - 40 ml
salt, spices - to taste
water - 4 glasses

Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces. We send it to the pan.
2. Fry on all sides until done.
3. Cut carrots into thin strips, onions into small cubes.
4. Fry the vegetables in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil.
5. Wash the rice, let the water drain.
6. Mix rice, meat and fried vegetables in one bowl. Add spices and salt, mix.
7. Now transfer everything to a baking bag and put it in the form. Without peeling the garlic, we press it with a knife and put it in a bag.
8. Carefully pour water into the bag and tie it tightly. We send the pilaf to a preheated oven (180°C).
9. After about 40 minutes, take out the form, cut the package. Depending on the readiness of the rice, send the pilaf to the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Pancakes on kefir with apples

Ingredients:
- 260 g of flour
- 500 ml of kefir
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 60 g of butter
- 2 apples
- Oil
- 3 tsp Baking dough

Preparation:
1. First you need to melt the butter.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a deep bowl.
3. Beat eggs, butter and kefir in a separate bowl.
4. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well to make a homogeneous dough.
5. Cut the apples into small cubes and add to the dough. Mix.
6. Heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Put the fritters on the pan. Fry on medium heat until a ruddy skin appears, about 2 minutes. Carefully turn over and fry on the other side.

Stewed pork in sour cream with mustard

Ingredients: (for 4 people)
- 1 kg of pork cut into pieces for stewing (front or back ham is ideal)
- 2 bulbs
- 3 carrots
- 250 ml of white wine
- 250 ml of water
- 2 st. l. mustard (not hot)
- 2 st. l. flour
- olive oil
- 30 g of butter
- 200 ml of sour cream or thick cream
- salt pepper

Preparation:
1. Fry pieces of pork in olive oil in a pan.
2. In the meantime, peel the carrot and cut it into small slices, chop the onion, fry everything together in the vessel where the dish will be prepared.
3. Once the vegetables begin to brown, add the water, white wine and pork pieces.
4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 45 minutes.
5. Remove the pieces of pork, add butter and flour to the pan, fry for 1 minute, stirring thoroughly, then add mustard and heavy cream. Let the sauce thicken.
6. Add the meat and cover with a lid for 5 minutes so that the meat soaks in the sauce.
7. Serve with boiled potatoes.
