Homemade chicken sausage in a bowl
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- Milk - 200 ml
- Sugar - 1 chip.
- Ground nutmeg - 1 chip.
- Ground black pepper - 1 chip.
- Potato starch - 1 tbsp.
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Salt
COOKING PROCESS:
1. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces;
2. Add milk and egg;
3. Pour starch;
4. Next, add sugar, salt, nutmeg and chopped garlic;
5. Now grind the contents of the bowl with a blender. This will take 3-4 minutes. As a result, the consistency of the mass should not be so thick that pancakes can be molded from it, but it should not drip from a spoon either;
6. Lubricate two cups of a standard volume with vegetable oil so that after cooking the sausage easily pops out of the cup. Pour the chicken mixture into each bowl, without reaching the rim. The chicken mass will increase greatly in size during cooking.
Cover each cup with cling film so that water does not pour into the cup during cooking;
7. Put a towel on the bottom of a large saucepan and put our cups. We lay out a towel so that the cups do not crack during the boiling process. Add water almost to the top of the cups and put on a strong fire;
8. As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and leave it for 40 minutes;
9. Our sausage is ready! Remove cellophane;
10. Put the sausage on the surface. She herself quite easily jumps out of the cups, since they were previously lubricated with oil;
11. Now you can cut the sausage and proceed, because it is tasty both hot and cold.
