Homemade chicken sausage in a bowl

INGREDIENTS:

- Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- Milk - 200 ml
- Sugar - 1 chip.
- Ground nutmeg - 1 chip.
- Ground black pepper - 1 chip.
- Potato starch - 1 tbsp.
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Salt

COOKING PROCESS:

1. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces;
2. Add milk and egg;
3. Pour starch;
4. Next, add sugar, salt, nutmeg and chopped garlic;
5. Now grind the contents of the bowl with a blender. This will take 3-4 minutes. As a result, the consistency of the mass should not be so thick that pancakes can be molded from it, but it should not drip from a spoon either;
6. Lubricate two cups of a standard volume with vegetable oil so that after cooking the sausage easily pops out of the cup. Pour the chicken mixture into each bowl, without reaching the rim. The chicken mass will increase greatly in size during cooking.
Cover each cup with cling film so that water does not pour into the cup during cooking;
7. Put a towel on the bottom of a large saucepan and put our cups. We lay out a towel so that the cups do not crack during the boiling process. Add water almost to the top of the cups and put on a strong fire;
8. As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and leave it for 40 minutes;
9. Our sausage is ready! Remove cellophane;
10. Put the sausage on the surface. She herself quite easily jumps out of the cups, since they were previously lubricated with oil;
11. Now you can cut the sausage and proceed, because it is tasty both hot and cold.

Ingredients:
flour - 350 g
water - 225 ml
olive oil - 3 tbsp.
dry yeast - 2 tsp.
sugar - 1 tsp.
salt

For the filling:
smoked sausage - 200 g
hard cheese - 200 g
mushrooms - 200 g
meat - 100 g
tomatoes - 4 pcs.
Bulgarian red pepper - 2 pcs.
tomato sauce

Preparation:
1. Dissolve dry yeast in warm water and let it stand. Sift flour and salt.
2. Pour in diluted yeast and olive oil. Knead a soft and pliable dough, it should come off your hands. Then leave the dough to rest for an hour, covered with a towel.
3. Divide the dough into 3-4 parts. Roll out one part and put it in an oiled form. Now put the filling. Spread the dough with tomato sauce and put chopped tomatoes.
4. Then put chopped sausage, fried mushrooms and boiled meat. Sprinkle with chopped sweet pepper and herbs. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Salad with fried crab sticks

Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 300 g
Crab sticks - 400 g
eggs - 3 pcs.
onion - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - for frying

Preparation:
1. In a frying pan with oil, fry the onion cut into half rings separately until golden, then the crab sticks and the sliced mushrooms.
2. Eggs must be hard-boiled, cooled and cut into strips.
3. Mix all the components in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Potato puree soup with garlic

Ingredients:
800 g potatoes
800 g onions
10 teeth garlic
2 tbsp. l. sunflower refined oil
10 g butter
200 ml cream 10-20%
1 pinch ground black pepper
2 pinches of salt
bunch of parsley

Cooking:
1. Cut the onion into half rings.
2. Potato cut into large cubes.
3. In a saucepan, heat 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fry the onion until transparent.
4. Then add potatoes and 700-800 ml of cold boiled water.
5. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are ready for 20-25 minutes.
6. Garlic cut into 2-3 parts.
7. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic until golden brown.
8. Add fried garlic to the pot with ready potatoes and cook everything together for 1-2 minutes.
9. Partially chop potatoes with onion and garlic in a blender, adding potato broth.
10. Then pour everything into a saucepan, add cream, salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil.
11. Remove from heat, cool slightly, serve with croutons of white or black bread, adding greens.
