Fragrant chicken fillet under a creamy cherry pillow
Ingredients:
chicken fillet - 3 pcs
eggs - 3 pcs
cream 10% - 200 ml
salt
pepper
basil
rosemary
thyme
marjoram
cherry tomatoes - 200 g
oil for lubricating the mold
Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Mix with salt, pepper and herbs.
2. Whip cream with eggs. Salt, pepper, add basil.
3. Cut the cherry in half.
4. Place the fillet in a greased form. Pour the cream-egg mixture on top. Place cherries on top.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
