Post 2 — Your Morning Sets the Tone
How you start your morning determines how your whole day feels.
Most of us rush straight to coffee and chaos — and wonder why we crash by noon.
But what if you tried something different?
Wake up and drink a glass of warm water with lemon before anything else.
It gently wakes your system and helps your digestion kick in.
Take 5–10 minutes to stretch or walk — even if it’s just around your living room.
Breathe deeply and set an intention for the day.
Then have a light, high-protein breakfast — something simple like eggs, yogurt, or avocado toast.
You’ll notice how much more stable your energy feels.
You won’t crave sugar. You’ll feel awake, but calm.
