Warm salad with liver and poached egg - very tasty, filling and bright! 😍

Ingredients:
- Chicken liver in raw form 150 g
- Egg 1 pc.
- Lettuce, basil, tomatoes, pepper 150 g
- Olive oil 5 ml
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Table vinegar 1 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp.
- Honey 1 tsp.
- A mixture of seeds, ground pepper
Preparation:
Fry the chicken liver in a pan greased with oil on both sides for 1 minute, add soy sauce and simmer until ready. Add a tablespoon of vinegar to boiling water, make a well and carefully pour an egg into it from a plate. Cook for 3 minutes. Sauté the pepper in a pan greased with oil for a couple of minutes. Prepare the sauce: balsamic vinegar + lemon juice + honey. Assemble the salad: tear the lettuce leaves, lay out the liver, pepper, cherries, poached egg, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with pepper or spices as desired.
