Rice porridge with dried fruit and apple
Ingredients:
Round-grain rice - 200 g
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
A pinch of salt
Raisins - 15 g
Dried apricots - 15 g
Water - 1.5 cups
Milk - 250 ml
Butter - 10 g
Preparation:
1. Wash the rice, put it in a saucepan and pour 1.5 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook, stirring, for 7 minutes.
2. Add milk, sugar, salt, raisins and dried apricots cut into pieces.
Cook over low heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring.
3. Put butter in the finished porridge, cover with a lid and let it brew for 5 minutes.
