Chicken liver with vegetables
Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 800 g.
Onion - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
Eggplant - 1 pc.
Garlic - 3 cloves.
Soy sauce - 50 ml.
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Cut off the film from the liver, cut it into small pieces. Cut the onion into half rings, pepper and eggplant into cubes. Finely chop the garlic. In a frying pan over high heat, heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. In several steps, fry the liver on all sides, about 2 minutes to the west. Transfer to a plate.
2. Put onion and pepper in the pan. Fry, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Add eggplants and fry, stirring, for another 3 minutes.
3. Return the liver to the pan. Add garlic, sugar and soy sauce, a little salt and pepper. Cook, stirring for another 2 minutes. Remove from the fire. Serve with potatoes, rice, noodles or other side dish of your choice.
