Chicken liver with vegetables

Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 800 g.
Onion - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
Eggplant - 1 pc.
Garlic - 3 cloves.
Soy sauce - 50 ml.
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt, pepper

Preparation:
1. Cut off the film from the liver, cut it into small pieces. Cut the onion into half rings, pepper and eggplant into cubes. Finely chop the garlic. In a frying pan over high heat, heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. In several steps, fry the liver on all sides, about 2 minutes to the west. Transfer to a plate.
2. Put onion and pepper in the pan. Fry, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Add eggplants and fry, stirring, for another 3 minutes.
3. Return the liver to the pan. Add garlic, sugar and soy sauce, a little salt and pepper. Cook, stirring for another 2 minutes. Remove from the fire. Serve with potatoes, rice, noodles or other side dish of your choice.

Cheesecake with strawberries

Ingredients:
Butter - 100 g.
Cookies - 300 g.
Cheese - 500 g.
Sugar - 200 g.
Cream 30% - 400 ml
Gelatin - 25 g.
Strawberries - 200 g.
Vanillin - 1 tsp.
Strawberry jelly - 100 g.
Lemon - 1 pc.

Preparation:
1. For the base: in a food processor, you need to mix butter with shortbread until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
2. Place the resulting mass in a round removable mold and distribute it evenly, pressing until the base is formed. Put in the refrigerator for an hour.
3. Pour gelatin with 50 ml of boiling water and let it cool a little. Grind the cheese in a food processor until a homogeneous cheese mass is formed.
4. Beat the obtained cheese mass, cream and sugar with a mixer.
5. Add previously prepared gelatin, lemon juice and vanillin. Beat well. Put the resulting mass on the prepared base and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
6. Cut strawberries and cover the entire surface of the cheesecake with them, pour strawberry jelly. Then put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for an hour.

Chicken fillet stewed with mushrooms in tomato sauce

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
Mushrooms - 50 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Oil - 3 tbsp.
Tomato paste - 2 tsp.
Sugar - a pinch
Chili sauce is sweet - to taste
Green
Salt, Mixture of peppers
Suneli hops

Preparation:
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until lightly browned. Salt to taste.
2. Add peeled and chopped mushrooms. Fry everything together on a good fire. Add a mixture of peppers and your favorite spices.
3. Then add chopped onion. As soon as the onion becomes soft, add spicy-sweet chili sauce. If there is no sauce, you can crush a clove of garlic and add a pinch of red pepper. Add tomato paste and a pinch of sugar there. Mix well for a couple of minutes on a good fire.
4. Pour in half a glass of water and heat the resulting sauce until it thickens slightly. Check for salt and sweetness, sprinkle with fresh herbs. Chicken fillet with mushrooms in tomato sauce can be served with pasta or mashed potatoes.

String beans with tomatoes

Ingredients:
For 2-3 servings
String beans (fresh or frozen) - 300 g.
Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Spices - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp.
Water - 100 ml.

Preparation:
1. If you use fresh green beans, you need to clean them from the tails and rough parts, cut them. Frozen beans are sold already peeled and sliced.
2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the spices for 30-40 seconds.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and beans to the pan.
4. Salt, add water, mix and cover with a lid.
5. Simmer over low heat for 25-30 minutes until the beans are soft.
6. Make sure that the water does not evaporate completely, otherwise the mixture will start to burn. Add water as needed.
