Cosmogen has announced the merge of its business with PYC, its subsidiary specializing in dispensing solutions. This operation will allow the company’s entire dispensing offer to be presented under one single brand.
The French supplier of brushes, accessories and packaging solutions for skincare and make-up products intends to provide an expanded offer to beauty brands in a context of increased “concentration of the dispensing market”, a reference to the recent acquisition of Albéa’s dispensing business by Silgan.
