Eggplants with minced meat in a pan

Ingredients:
Eggplant - 2 pcs.
Minced meat - 300 g.
Chicken egg - 2-3 pcs.
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation:
1. Salt and pepper the minced meat. Mix well.
2. Cut the eggplants into circles. Try to cut the rings thinner so that they and the minced meat have time to fry. Eggplants do not need to be salted, otherwise they will release juice.
Then make "sandwiches", that is, put a thin layer of minced meat between two circles.
3. Beat the eggs a little with a fork, add a little salt and pepper.
Dip the prepared eggplants with a layer of meat in the eggs and fry them in a well-heated frying pan with oil.
4. Fry on both sides until an appetizing ruddy crust. In order for them to cook faster, when turning over, poke the surface with a fork.

Chocolate gingerbread cookies in glaze

Ingredients:
Dough:
Wheat flour - 350 g.
Hot milk - 200 ml.
Sugar - 230 g.
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Cocoa powder - 50 g.
Baking powder - 1 tbsp. l.
Soda - 0.5 tsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Glaze:
Powdered sugar - 150 g.
Egg white - 1 pc.
Lemon juice - 1-2 tsp.

Preparation:
1. Sift 100 g of flour into a deep bowl, add sugar and mix. Add hot milk, mix whisks until smooth.
2. This mixture should cool down completely. Next, pour in the oil and add the yolk. We will need the protein for the glaze. Pour in the cocoa. Stir with a whisk.
3. Now add the remaining 250 g of flour, baking powder, salt, soda. We knead the dough. It is convenient to add flour in parts, stirring the dough with a spoon. As a result, the dough will be sticky, it should not lose its shape.
4. Transfer the dough to a work surface lightly dusted with flour. We divide it into two parts.
5. Roll each part into a layer 0.8-1 cm thick.
6. Cut circles with a glass.
7. We put our future gingerbread on a baking sheet with baking paper. We send it to the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
8. Let's do the glaze.
In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, protein and lemon juice.
9. Mix well with a whisk to a uniform, smooth consistency.
10. Lubricate the finished gingerbread with glaze on both sides. Place on paper and let stand for the glaze to harden for about 3-4 hours.

"Monastyrska Khata" pita cake

Ingredients:
Thin pita bread - 300 g.
Cherries - 500 g.
Sour cream (fat) - 600 g.
Condensed milk (boiled) - 370 g.
Dark chocolate (for sprinkling) - to taste

Preparation:
1. Beat the sour cream a little with a mixer.
2. Add condensed milk to sour cream.
3. Beat everything together into a homogeneous cream.
4. Cut the thin lavash into rectangles, the width of which is 15 cm. Place a row of cherries on the edge. Wrap in tubes.
5. It is very convenient to make such a cake in a square shape.
Grease the bottom of the mold with cream.
6. Place a row of tubes on the cream.
7. Lubricate the tubes with a generous layer of cream.
8. Place a row of tubes on top, spread cream on top.
Send to the refrigerator to soak for 12 hours.
9. When the "Monastyrska Khata" pita cake is soaked, sprinkle it with grated chocolate before serving.
