ШОКОЛАДНЫЙ ТОРТ СО СМЕТАННЫМ КРЕМОМ

Ингредиенты:
Мука - 1 стакан
Кефир - 1 стакан
Сахар - 1 стакан
Сода - 1/2 ч.л.
Какао - 2 ст.л.

Крем:
Сметана - 400 мл.
Сахар - 2/3 стакана

Приготовление:
1. Смешать кефир с сахаром и хорошо взбить до растворения сахара. Добавить просеянную муку, соду и какао. Все взбить до однородной массы.
2. Форму для запекания смазать сливочным или растительным маслом. Вылить в форму тесто и отправить в разогретую до 200*С. духовку на 30 минут. Готовый корж остудить и разрезать пополам.
3. Крем. Смешать сахар и сметану и хорошо взбить.
4. Смазать кремом коржи, украсить натертым шоколадом. Отправить торт в холодильник на 2 часа, чтобы он хорошо пропитался. Шоколадный торт готов.

Sweet and sour chili sauce

Ingredients:
Chili pepper (fresh) - 200 g.
Small chili pepper (fresh) - 4 pcs.
Garlic - 60 g.
Sugar - 200 g.
Vinegar 9% - 30 ml.
Fish sauce - 30 ml.
Corn starch - 10 g.
Salt - 8 g.
Water - 400 ml.

Preparation:
1. In the bowl of a blender, put chopped regular chili pepper and small garlic. Pour in 200 ml of water and beat.
2. Put the crushed mass into a saucepan. Add another 150 ml of water, vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, salt. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Mix the starch separately with 50 ml of water, mix and add to the pan with the peppers.
4. Cook while stirring for about 3 minutes, the sauce should thicken. Remove from heat and cool.

Strawberry mousse dessert

Ingredients:
Strawberries - 500 g.
Cream 30-33% - 100 ml.
Sugar - 80 g.
Powdered sugar - 10 g.
Sheet gelatin - 6 g.
Fresh mint - to taste

Preparation:
1. Pour gelatin with cold water and set aside to soak.
2. Peel the strawberries from the stalks, cut into pieces.
From the total mass, 300 g of strawberries will go into the cream, 200 g will be used for serving.
Place 3.300 g of strawberries in a saucepan, add sugar. The amount of sugar can vary depending on the sweetness of the strawberries.
4. Blend strawberries with sugar using a blender.
5. Put the pan on low heat, stirring, bring to a boil. When the strawberries start to "flutter", remove from the heat.
6. Add gelatin and, stirring, dissolve it there. Cool completely.
7. Beat the cream with a mixer. Then add powdered sugar and beat into a stiff, lush foam.
8. Add the whipped cream in portions and gently mix with the strawberry mass with a spatula.
We introduce one part of cream.
9. Then add the second part and mix into a homogeneous cream.
10. Put sliced strawberries on the bottom of the glass, cover it with a layer of cream, then strawberries again and cream again. Put all the glasses with the dessert in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Decorate the strawberry mousse dessert with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Pork schnitzel

Ingredients:
Main:
Pork (thin pork steaks) - 8 pcs.
Salt - to taste
A mixture of peppers - to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying)
For breading:
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup.
Garlic (dry) - 1 tsp.
Sweet paprika - 0.5 tsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Breadcrumbs - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Preparation:
1. Wash and dry the pork with paper towels. Cut into thin steaks, the proportions of the products are calculated for 8 steaks.
2. Wrap the steaks with cling film on both sides, beat with a kitchen hammer to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
3. Salt and pepper each piece of meat on both sides.
4. Prepare three bowls for breading. In one bowl, mix the flour with dry garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. In the second bowl, beat 2 eggs with a fork, and in the third pour the necessary amount of breadcrumbs. Do not remove the breadcrumbs far away, you may need a little more of them.
5. Roll each piece first in a mixture of flour and seasonings.
6. After that, dip the flour on both sides in slightly beaten eggs with a fork.
7. Then we bread the future pork schnitzel in breadcrumbs.
8. Put them to be fried on a heated pan with oil. Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden. If the meat has started to darken very quickly, turn off the heat and continue cooking at a minimum temperature.
9. Pork schnitzel breaded with spices is ready. Serve hot with mashed potatoes and a lemon wedge.
