Управління ООН з наркотиків і злочинності, UN Action з протидії сексуального насильства в умовах війни спільно з Генеральним прокурором України працюють над розробкою Державної програми з протидії торгівлі людьми.

Головна мета - зміцнення системи превенції, доступу до правосуддя та захисту найуразливіших.

Для цього необхідно зокрема зосередити зусилля на:
❗ Підтримці національних і регіональних спроможностей з метою запобігання і боротьби з торгівлею людьми та сексуальним насильством, пов'язаним з війною.
❗Навчанні судових працівників підходам, що орієнтуються на постраждалих.
❗Припиненні безкарності торговців людьми та винних у сексуальній експлуатації.
❗Зменшенні вразливості людей, які змушені покинути Україну, особливо жінок та дітей, в тому числі шляхом розробки транснаціональних ініціатив.
