Despite its remoteness from traditional routes, this place has long been beloved by tourists traveling in Vietnam. It often makes the list of the prettiest places in the world, and it doesn't surprise us. Mu Cang Chai is gently winding terraces carved into the mountain slopes. Local farmers plant rice on them, which requires a lot of moisture. They are flooded with water from February to April, creating a mirror-like effect and sparkling unimaginably in the sunlight. From May to mid-September, the slopes are painted a lush emerald color thanks to the rice sprouts that have risen. This is the best time to come here to admire the extraordinary scenery. Afterward, the slopes turn golden brown, which is also beautiful in its own way but not as impressive.
