If you live in a state of constant tension, overwork, and news-related stress, your body and nervous system start speaking louder than your mind.
This class is suitable for those who are physically untrained and emotionally overwhelmed.
Where ordinary “relax-yoga” no longer helps, you need precise, clinically informed tools.
📌 In our sessions we work with:
• stress responses and inner overload
• anxiety, depressive and psychosomatic symptoms
• tension in the body, muscular tightness, “restricted breathing”
• insomnia, difficulties falling asleep and frequent night awakenings
• chronic fatigue, loss of energy and motivation
🎯 The goal is not acrobatics, but:
• rapid calming of the nervous system
• restoring productivity and concentration
• improving sleep
• increasing energy, motivation and capacity to function
• better mood and overall sense of well-being
• a felt sense of inner peace and support in the body
✨ What makes this format unique
Sessions are led by a clinical psychotherapist with many years of experience working with trauma, depressive and anxiety disorders, and psychosomatic issues.
The program includes only those techniques that have shown a rapid and noticeable effect on emotional balance and nervous system regulation.
The practices are based on:
• yoga and elements of qigong
• somatic and body-oriented therapy
• current findings in neurophysiology of stress, burnout and recovery
👣 Suitable for all levels
You don’t need to be flexible, athletic, or “know how to do yoga” — the program is adapted individually, taking into account your health, physical limitations, and current level of resource.
