Запеченная в горчице свинина



Ингредиенты:

- свинина (вроде это была корейка; 500 г.

- чеснок (4-5 зубчиков);

- горчица (2 ст. ложки);

- соль, перец.



Приготовление:

Рецепт настолько простой и настолько вкусным получается мясо, что я даже жалею, что не узнала его раньше. Итак, мясо немного споласкиваем, вытираем насухо полотенцем. Солим, перчим по вкусу. Шпигуем в разных местах чесноком. Намазываем горчицей и оставляем на несколько часов в холодном месте.



Заворачиваем в фольгу, плотно, чтобы не выпускать сок. Кладем в форум и ставим в духовку, разогретую до 180 градусов. Примерно на час. По истечении этого часа (или чуть больше), открываем фольгу, прибавляем температуры и оставляем мясо в духовке еще минут на 10. Так мы получим аппетитную корочку.
