Нежный карамелизированный лук

📖 Ингредиенты:

- Лук - 4 шт.
- Коричневый сахар - 2 ст. л.
- Раст. масло - 1/4 стакана
- Яблочный уксус - 3 ст. л.

🧑🏻‍🍳 Приготовление:

1. Лук почистите и нарежьте кольцами. Вылейте в сковороду масло и обжаривайте на нём лук примерно 10–15 минут.
2. Добавьте сахар и уксус и готовьте, помешивая, ещё 10 минут.

My kitchen window has comforted me many times. I used to have a very small kitchen window. It was probably a 2 foot wide window. I couldn't see anything from it. I was missing the seasons changing, the birds and squirrels, the grandchildren playing. So one day I told George I wanted a really big Bay window in my kitchen. He said we would have to knock the bricks down on the outside. I told him - yes we would. I would have to give up 2 cabinets in order to have a big window. George always tried his very best to give me what I wanted. He kept me happy. Turns out he loved the window as much as me.
So the work started and was completed.
Y'all I love this window as much as anything I have materially. I spend so much time cooking and washing dishes that this window and its view keeps me happy. I can see God's world change from day to day. I watch the rain coming down, the leaves change colors, the children playing , the plants always changing and the old crows eating and carrying off my left over biscuits.
Fact is- I don't miss the cabinets ! I love this window !! Only problem is I have to get the grandchildren to climb up in the window from time to time to clean it.
I say - open up the kitchen by knocking out your tiny kitchen window. You won't miss the cabinets. Just give up some casserole dishes. You don't need as many as you probably have. Make sure it's a Bay Window, where you will have a place for your plants.
