📅12 грудня 2024 року Львівський обласний центр екстреної медичної допомоги у рамках проєкту №101191763 «UA Specialized Care Team (Transport + Retrieval + MEDEVAC) capacity development for deployment under EU Civil Protection Mechanism» підписав грантову угоду з Європейською Комісією.
✅ Загальний обсяг фінансування перевищує 32 млн грн і передбачений для зміцнення спроможностей міжнародної команди медицини катастроф (КМК) Центру відповідно до стандартів Європейського Союзу – як для реагування на надзвичайні ситуації в Україні, так і за кордоном у рамках EU Civil Protection Mechanism EU Civil Protection & Humanitarian Aid. Основними напрямами використання грантових коштів є закупівля засобів радіозв’язку, спеціалізованого транспорту, мобільних модульних конструкцій тимчасового перебування, спеціалізованого одягу та амуніції, медичного обладнання та екіпірування для роботи команди в ізольованих умовах, а також проведення тренінгів та симуляційних навчань тощо 🤜🤛.
🛡️ У червні 2025 року проєкт отримав державну реєстрацію в Україні, що відкриває можливість для запуску процедури відкритих закупівель. Усі закупівлі, відповідно до чинного законодавства та умов грантової угоди, звільнені від сплати ПДВ.
ℹ️Реалізація проєкту є важливим етапом у процесі інтеграції Центру у європейську систему механізму цивільного захисту та сприятиме розширенню міжнародного співробітництва і посиленню іміджу України на міжнародній арені.

📅On December 12, 2024, Lviv Regional EMS signed a Grant agreement with the European Commission for Project No. 101191763 “UA Specialized Care Team (Transport + Retrieval + MEDEVAC) capacity development for deployment under EU Civil Protection Mechanism”.
✅ The total amount of funding exceeds UAH 32 million and is intended to strengthen the capabilities of the Lviv Regional EMS’s Emergency Medical Team (EMT) in accordance with European Union standards – both for responding to emergencies in Ukraine and abroad within the EU Civil Protection Mechanism (DG ECHO). Funds are allocated topurchase radio communication equipment, specialized transport, mobile modular structures for temporary stay, specialized clothing and ammunition, medical equipment and gear for the team’s work in isolated conditions, as well as conducting training and simulation exercises🤜🤛.
🛡️In June 2025, the Project gained state registration in Ukraine, which opens the opportunity to launch an open procurement procedure. All purchases, in accordance with current legislation and the terms of the Grant agreement, are exempt from VAT.
ℹ️The implementation of the project is an important stage in the process of integrating the Lviv Regional EMS into the European Civil Protection Mechanism system and will contribute to the expansion of international cooperation and strengthening Ukraine’s position in the international arena.
